Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memantau aktivitas Distributor dan Sub-Distributor dalam pendistribusian produk sanitary ke channel proyek, kontraktor, dan toko.
  • Melakukan survei rutin dengan distributor, sub-distributor, kontraktor, dan toko untuk mengumpulkan informasi pasar, tren permintaan, dan aktivitas kompetitor.
  • Melakukan kunjungan lapangan bersama tim sales distributor untuk mengidentifikasi peluang proyek dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan.
  • Memberikan informasi terkait program, promosi, product knowledge, serta pergerakan pasar kompetitor kepada tim distributor.
  • Memastikan komunikasi dan implementasi program berjalan efektif di seluruh tim sales Distributor dan Sub-Distributor.
  • Memfasilitasi pertemuan rutin dengan tim sales distributor (briefing, coaching, performance review).
  • Memantau kinerja penjualan, distribusi, stok, dan efektivitas aktivitas distributor serta sub-distributor.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait seperti gudang, logistik, dan finance untuk memastikan kelancaran pemrosesan dan pengiriman pesanan.
  • Menangani keluhan, masukan, dan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan tepat.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan proyek baru dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi area.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Administrasi Bisnis, Marketing, atau bidang terkait).
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam manajemen distribusi, B2B sales, atau project sales—lebih disukai dari industri sanitary atau building materials.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Mampu melakukan survei pasar dan menganalisis data untuk menentukan strategi penjualan.
  • Berpengalaman dalam koordinasi lintas tim/departemen (sales, gudang, logistik, finance).
