Kami sedang mencari individu yang teliti, jujur, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail untuk bergabung sebagai Staff Administrasi Stock Opname. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan ketepatan data stok, kepatuhan prosedur penyimpanan, serta kondisi barang di showroom, gudang, dan cabang. Peran ini bersifat mobile, karena akan melakukan kunjungan rutin ke berbagai lokasi operasional perusahaan di seluruh Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan audit lapangan ke showroom dan gudang untuk memastikan kesesuaian stok antara sistem dan kondisi aktual.
  • Melaksanakan spot check terhadap produk tertentu untuk memastikan jumlah, kondisi, dan label sesuai standar.
  • Memeriksa kedisiplinan tim dalam melakukan input stok, retur, dan mutasi barang.
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi masalah seperti barang hilang, rusak, atau tidak tercatat dengan benar.
  • Menyusun laporan hasil audit lengkap dengan foto, catatan temuan, dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang, showroom, dan accounting dalam penyelesaian selisih stok.
  • Memastikan administrasi barang keluar/masuk sesuai prosedur dan dokumen pendukung lengkap.
  • Melakukan audit mendadak (spot audit) bila diperlukan.
  • Menjaga integritas, objektivitas, dan kerahasiaan data selama proses audit.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang audit stok, inventory, atau kontrol operasional (diutamakan dari industri retail/distribusi).
  • Teliti, jujur, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
  • Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi audit sederhana.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke berbagai kota.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelaporan yang baik (tulisan & lisan).
  • Mampu bekerja mandiri dengan pengawasan minimal.

  • Memahami sistem FIFO, retur barang, dan mutasi antar cabang.
  • Terbiasa membuat laporan audit lapangan dengan dokumentasi foto dan analisa singkat.
