Job Description

  • Translate documents related to finance (reports, invoices, contracts, and correspondence) from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English and vice versa with high accuracy.
  • Support daily communication between the Finance team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Assist in administrative processes related to finance, including documentation, filing, and data management.
  • Review and process invoices related to Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organized filing of all translated materials and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Finance department.

Requirements

  • Diploma's (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or in a related role (preferably supporting finance/accounting).
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in translation.
  • Good administrative and data management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Morowali
