The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end resolution of tenant grievances and actively monitor ongoing concerns.
  • Conduct systematic field inspections to foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with occupants.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding orientations for new tenants, detailing operational protocols and utility guidelines.
  • Escalate high-priority issues or unresolved disputes to the infrastructure superintendent for strategic guidance.
  • Propose strategic escalation paths and settlement frameworks to the infrastructure superintendent to resolve protracted tenant conflicts.
  • Collect and analyze tenant feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives for estate services.
  • Collaborate with the OHS, Environmental, and Energy departments regarding tenant-facing compliance and regulatory matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, communications, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in tenant relations, customer relations, property management, or industrial estate management.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
