Como parte de Publicis Communications, hub creativo de Publicis Groupe, el grupo de comunicaciones más valioso del mundo, todos compartimos una ambición en común: ayudar a nuestros clientes y sus marcas a ser y seguir siendo los líderes que quieren ser, "Lead The Change" Descripción del puesto En Bogotá – Colombia, estamos en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Analista de Facturación, con dos o más años de experiencia, cuya misión será garantizar la correcta gestión administrativa y financiera de la inversión en medios de los clientes, asegurando la precisión, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los procesos de facturación, conciliaciones, provisiones y cierres financieros en Colombia, Centroamérica y el Caribe. Trabajará de manera articulada con los equipos de Medios, Dirección de Cuenta, Compras y Finanzas, contribuyendo al control presupuestal, la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Responsabilidades Consolidar, validar y gestionar la facturación de inversión en medios para Colombia y las geografías asignadas de Centroamérica y el Caribe. Verificar órdenes, soportes, valores facturables y documentación, garantizando la exactitud y trazabilidad de la información financiera. Realizar conciliaciones financieras con proveedores, clientes y equipos internos, identificando diferencias y gestionando los ajustes correspondientes. Administrar y hacer seguimiento a notas crédito, refacturaciones, ajustes contables y partidas pendientes de regularización. Elaborar y actualizar provisiones mensuales, validando la consistencia entre presupuestos, inversiones ejecutadas y valores facturados. Participar en los cierres financieros mensuales, asegurando el cumplimiento de cronogramas y la confiabilidad de la información reportada. Monitorear la ejecución presupuestal, identificando desviaciones, riesgos financieros y oportunidades de mejora. Elaborar reportes financieros, indicadores y dashboards que faciliten el seguimiento de la inversión y la toma de decisiones. Coordinar con los equipos internos y regionales la recopilación de información y el seguimiento de los procesos financieros. Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos, controles internos y lineamientos de Publicis Groupe y del cliente. Cualificaciones Experiencia en procesos de facturación, conciliaciones financieras, provisiones y cierres contables mensuales. Conocimientos en planeación, seguimiento y control presupuestal. Capacidad para analizar información financiera, identificar desviaciones y construir indicadores de gestión. Manejo de notas crédito, ajustes contables, documentación financiera y procesos de auditoría. Habilidad para consolidar y analizar información financiera de diferentes mercados. Excel avanzado: Power Query, tablas dinámicas, funciones avanzadas, conciliaciones masivas y automatización de reportes. Power BI e inteligencia artificial: nivel intermedio para análisis, visualización de datos y optimización de procesos. Deseable: conocimiento en ERP financieros, plataformas de gestión presupuestal, sistemas de inversión publicitaria y herramientas de automatización. Información adicional ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
