Descripción del puesto Es el responsable de la exhibición de los planes de medios aprobados por el cliente. Ejecuta, verifica y es capaz de responder de manera oportuna a los requerimientos diarios del cliente, siendo un apoyo constante para el Planner y Supervisor Off/On. Responsabilidades Ejecutar todos los planes de medios de su cartera de clientes. Verificar la correcta exhibición de las pautas en todos los medios aprobados por cliente. Regularizar el ingreso de las órdenes al sistema (Advertmind). Corregir ordenes de ajustes solicitadas por auditor de medios Realización de Informes de Competencia. Generar cálculo de distintos indicadores como: cpr, cpm, cpc, etc., informes mensuales solicitados por cliente. Generar informes de competencia, pre y post evaluación de campañas o informes ad-hoc que indiquen sus superiores, para todos los medios que cuenten con medición (diaria, semanal, mes, campaña, etc.). Llevar el registro o verificación de piezas (fotográfico, video, audio, pantallazos) de todas las actividades realizadas en todos los medios y para cada cliente que lo requiera. Enviar plazos y fechas de entrega, publicación o exhibición, grilla de piezas, formatos de avisos en forma oportuna a las otras agencias involucradas ya sean creativas o digitales. Cualificaciones Conocimiento del cliente y su mercado. De la confidencialidad de la información manejada. Excelente disposición y proactividad, curiosidad, minucioso, ordenado, certero. Concentración en el trabajo. Responder a los requerimientos del Planner a cargo. Capacidad de trabajar en equipo. Capacidad Analítica y racional. Manejar conceptos básicos de publicidad off y online. Tener dominio de los medios, las marcas y competidores.
