Join us at razorfish.com. This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation. Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client. Overview We are seeking a Director, Program Management - Partnerships to serve as the senior integrated delivery lead for a complex, cross-channel partnerships portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of business and partnership strategy, creative, media, experiential, sports, measurement and operations. This is not traditional project management. The Director will translate planned programs, proactive opportunities and fast-turn asks into actionable roadmaps, governance and delivery plans; orchestrate the right PCG and Publicis Groupe capabilities; and create clear executive visibility across an evolving portfolio. The Director must be equally strong at strategic orchestration and delivery discipline: shaping scopes and staffing models, leading cross-functional teams, resolving ambiguity, managing risk and financial health, and keeping internal, client and partner stakeholders aligned and accountable. Responsibilities Integrated Program & Portfolio Leadership Own end-to-end program management across the Partnerships portfolio, spanning planned priorities, proactive partnership development and fast-turn opportunities. Translate business priorities and evolving requirements into roadmaps that define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points and cross-functional ownership. Establish clear intake, qualification and activation criteria for fast-turn/emerging opportunities, including when an opportunity is ready to scope, staff and move into delivery. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize competing needs and maintain forward momentum as opportunities and requirements evolve. Establish governance, operating rhythms, RACI/decision rights and executive visibility across the portfolio. Cross-Discipline Orchestration Serve as the connective tissue across Partnership Strategy and Development, Integrated Strategy, Creative, Media, Experiential, Sports, Social, CRM, Commerce, Measurement, Business Affairs, Client Operations and specialist partners. Mobilize Fixed, Fluid and Flex capabilities based on the tier, complexity and needs of each opportunity, clarifying when teams enter, what they own and how their work connects. Lead cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder forums that resolve ambiguity, drive decisions and maintain accountability across teams without relying on direct reporting authority. Scope, Commercial & Resource Leadership Shape scopes, estimates, staffing models, resource plans and delivery approaches; translate emerging opportunities into clear assumptions, deliverables, timing and ownership. Manage program financial health, burn, forecasts and delivery expectations with Client Services, Finance and Operations; identify scope or margin risk early and drive solutions or re-scoping. Balance year-round continuity with specialist and burst capacity across PCG and the broader Publicis Groupe ecosystem. Risk, Client & Executive Leadership Assess team dynamics, communication gaps, dependencies, scope risks and delivery blockers; drive corrective actions, escalation paths and mitigation strategies. Act as the senior delivery counterpart to Client Services and Partnership leadership, facilitating complex conversations when priorities, scope, resources or ownership are unclear. Develop concise executive-facing communications and decision materials that synthesize portfolio health, key risks, trade-offs, recommendations and next steps rather than simply reporting status. Qualifications 9+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in an integrated marketing, brand partnerships, digital, media, experiential, consulting or agency environment with direct client-facing responsibility. Demonstrated experience independently leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders and evolving requirements. Strong understanding of how partnership strategy, creative, media, experiential, social/CRM/commerce, measurement and operations connect across an integrated marketing ecosystem. Experience developing scopes, estimates, staffing/resource plans and complex delivery models, with strong commercial acumen across budget management, forecasting, scope control and margin health. Excellent systems thinking with the ability to identify dependencies, integration points, risks and decision needs across interconnected workstreams. Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder-management and conflict-resolution skills, including translating complexity into clear decisions and actions. Experience creating or supporting process documentation, governance models and RACIs; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches is valuable.
