Overview The Senior Technical Product & Program Manager is a technically skilled and strategically minded leader who connects pre-sales solution development with technical product definition and program delivery. Working across creative, product, engineering, and business teams, this role shapes technology, builds business cases, and translates client needs into clear requirements and executable programs for Publicis Groupe clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate can confidently present a solution’s unique value, support its positioning, and ensure engineering progress and quality reflect what has been promised. Responsibilities Pre-Sales Solution Development & Value Articulation Partner with pre-sales and solution leads to understand client needs, define use cases, and shape technically credible, differentiated solutions. Build business cases with cost/benefit trade-offs, credible value claims, delivery assumptions, and measurable success criteria. Develop client- and executive-ready supporting materials, including pitch and proposal content, solution narratives, architecture and workflow overviews, demos, and roadmaps. Present and position each technology solution’s unique selling proposition (USP), business value, and technical approach in client pitches, workshops, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure proposed capabilities, timelines, and proof points accurately reflect development maturity, distinguishing current functionality from planned capabilities. Functional Requirements & Product Definition Own functional requirements documents (FRDs), translating business needs into use cases, workflows, integrations, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Managers and technical leads to shape product requirements documents (PRDs), priorities, product roadmaps, and release plans. Keep client commitments, functional requirements, engineering deliverables, and testing standards aligned. Technical Program Leadership Lead complex, cross-organizational programs from technical scoping and system design through stakeholder alignment, implementation, and production rollout. Architect and scale services, balancing program vision, business needs, and technical constraints. Break complex challenges into practical workstreams, prototype with technologists, and coordinate timely, structured engineering delivery. Manage delivery across cloud, APIs, automation, data, and AI platforms, advancing AI systems from proof of concept to MVP and production readiness, including inference and model tuning. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, engineers, and business stakeholders across Publicis Groupe entities, including MRCL AI, Publicis Production, and media and creative agencies. Build strong partnerships across adjacent teams, working with finance, legal, and senior leadership to align priorities, dependencies, and execution. Provide rigorous, data-driven reporting on status, milestones, risks, and decisions for business and technical audiences. Keep pitches, demos, and technology claims aligned with engineering progress and solution readiness. Risk Management & Delivery Assurance Identify risks, technical gaps, and trade-offs; develop pragmatic mitigation plans and recommendations. Validate engineering progress against FRDs, agreed technical and quality standards, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness checkpoints. Own programs end-to-end, pivoting as needed while preserving creative integrity, technical viability, and the intended business value. What We’re Looking For: Technical Depth: You have direct experience with engineering teams and can evaluate system-level designs, integrations, and technical trade-offs with confidence. Strategic Communicator: You can present complex technology clearly, position its unique value, and move confidently between client pitches, technical builders, and senior executives. Structured Thinker: You bring rigor to ambiguity through business cases, requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and critical paths that hold up under scrutiny. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive without a playbook, balance competing priorities, and take calculated bets to move programs forward. Connector: You build relationships across disciplines and organizations, identifying collaboration opportunities that unlock value. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical product or program management working directly with software engineering teams. 3+ years of software development experience. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical programs, build processes, and coordinate testing and release schedules. Experience developing FRDs and functional specifications, shaping PRDs, and evaluating system-level technical designs. Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including business cases, solution materials, and reporting to senior leadership. Proficiency in program management methodologies and agile workflows. Preferred: Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, client pitches, proposals, business cases, or technology demonstrations. 5+ years of experience in scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management preferred. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses preferred. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
