🚀 ESPECIALISTA COMERCIAL DE CATEGORIA

Buscamos a una persona proactiva, estructurada, analítica y comercial, que se apropie de sus categorías y las conozca en profundidad. Queremos a alguien empoderado que entienda a detalle el desempeño de su portafolio, identifique oportunidades estratégicas y alertas a tiempo y, sobre todo, cuente con la iniciativa y el criterio para transformar el análisis de datos en acciones concretas que impulsen los resultados del negocio.

📢 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Análisis de Impacto: Evaluar de manera constante el desempeño de tus categorías (ventas, margen, mix, surtido, inventario, precios y canales), buscando entender qué sucede a nivel de mercado en la categoría, detectando comportamientos de venta y rotación para transformarlos en acciones que mejoren el performance.
  • Gestión Proactiva: Identificar y levantar alertas y oportunidades oportunas, acompañadas de posibles causas y propuestas de acción concretas.
  • Estrategia Comercial: Proponer y acompañar acciones sobre las principales palancas de la categoría (surtido, precio, promociones, exhibición y disponibilidad), tanto en tiendas físicas como en e-commerce.
  • Relación con Proveedores: Construir una relación cercana y estratégica con proveedores y laboratorios, utilizando data para revisar resultados, negociar y hacer seguimiento a acuerdos.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Contacto directo con proveedores (Laboratorios famaceuticos, entre otros), articular iniciativas de forma transversal con Marketing, Tiendas, Supply Chain y canal Online, haciendo seguimiento hasta su implementación y medición posterior.

Requisitos

🏅¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia profesional, con al menos 2 años en gestión comercial de categorías, desarrollo de portafolio, compras comerciales o merchandising en empresas de retail.
  • Experiencia analizando indicadores de ventas, rentabilidad, rotación de inventarios y desempeño de productos.
  • Capacidad para identificar tendencias de consumo, evaluar nuevas referencias y desarrollar un portafolio atractivo y competitivo.
  • Experiencia en negociación y relacionamiento comercial con proveedores.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado y habilidades sólidas de análisis de información.
