✅ PROMOTOR:

Deberás tener la capacidad de habilidades comunicativas y excelente actitud comercial para lograr la mejora continua en las ventas establecidas de la línea y todos los procesos asociados a la operación.

💡Tu Reto:

  • Organización de merchandising.
  • Verificación de las fechas de vencimiento y stock actualizado.
  • Promover la venta de las marcas representadas en los puntos de venta asignados.
  • Realizar los pedidos de los productos vendidos.
  • Dar a conocer las características y beneficios de los productos para incentivar la venta de los mismos a nuestros clientes.
  • Verificar la exhibición de los productos de la marca en representación.

🔅Condiciones:

  • Ubicación del puesto trabajo: Bogotá
  • Horarios: Domingo a Domingo con un día de descanso entre semana (2 domingos trabajados, 2 domingos descansados al mes si la operación lo permite)
  • 42 horas laborales semanales (apertura, intermedio y cierre), ocasionalmente nocturno por inventario cíclico o algo eventual.
  • Horarios rotativos: ( 1 hora de Almuerzo+ break 15min en la mañana y 15min en la tarde).
  • Se rota cada semana en una tienda diferente.
  • Salario: $1.750.000 + Comisiones + beneficios Puppis
  • Todas las prestaciones de ley, contrato a termino indefinido.

Requisitos

🔍Lo que buscamos :

  • Bachiller, Técnico o Tecnólogo
  • 6 meses de experiencia como vendedor o promotor
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Organización y orientación al detalle y logros
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas
