✅ JEFE DE PUNTO DE VENTA:

Tu principal objetivo será gestionar integralmente la tienda, asegurando la excelencia operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta. Deberás liderar el equipo, capacitar al personal y optimizar procesos, desde la gestión de inventarios y caja hasta la exhibición de productos, para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del punto de venta.

💡Tu Reto:

1.OPERACIÓN Y ESTADO DE TIENDA:

-Verificar a diario el estado y orden de la tienda a cargo, así como del personal, mediante la revisión de planillas definidas de procesos y recorrido en tienda, con el fin de garantizar su buen y correcto funcionamiento.

-Realizar la revisión de cierres de caja de venta del día anterior por medio de la verificación de las consignaciones realizadas y verificación de transacciones electrónicas.

-Realizar la revisión diaria de exhibiciones de productos de todas las categorías en tienda, asegurando así la disponibilidad y buena presentación.

-Verificar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos y plataformas a utilizar en el proceso de atención al cliente en la tienda con el fin de gestionar posibles fallas, garantizar su utilización y asegurar la prestación de los servicios.

-Controlar los movimientos de la caja menor de la tienda, mediante el conocimiento de cada utilización y validación de los recibos, con el fin de custodiar este dinero y garantizar su buen uso.

2.GESTION Y ADMINISTRACION DE PERSONAL DE TIENDA:

-Hacer seguimiento constante a las tareas, responsabilidades y horarios de los asesores, promotores y prestadores de servicios.

-Capacitar al personal de tienda en temas comerciales, administrativos y de producto.

3.GESTIÓN ESTRATÉGICA EN TIENDA

-Liderar los procesos de inventarios parciales en la tienda apoyándose en la información de Comerssia.

Apoyar a las otras tiendas mediante la revisión de la información de sobre stock enviada por el área de logística.

Requisitos

🔍Lo que buscamos :

  • Formación: Técnico o tecnólogo o Profesional en áreas administrativas y/o comerciales.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Coordinador de Tienda dentro de la compañia
  • Habilidades Clave: Manejo de software (ERP, Microsoft Office). Planeación estratégica. Habilidades de comunicación verbal, escritas y numéricas.
