職務概要

インサイドセールス担当者（ISR）は営業部門に所属し、チャネルパートナーと緊密に連携しながら、法人顧客を対象とした営業活動を行います。AI活用が企業のIT投資を大きく動かすなか、データ基盤・ストレージを起点に、お客様のAI活用とデータ戦略を支援するポジションです。

本ポジションは、SDRおよびISRの両方の役割を担います。

  • SDRとして：マーケティング部門から提供されるTQL（電話で精査されたリード）を管理します。AIを活用したリード優先順位付け、顧客・業界リサーチ、パーソナライズしたアプローチ設計を通じて、質と量の両立を図ります。
  • ISRとして：見積書の作成や商談の進行など、さまざまな活動を通じて担当地区の売上（Booking）に貢献します。

また、Business Value Selling（BVS）の手法を活用し、AI・データ活用というお客様のビジネス目標に沿って商談を進め、成約へ導くことが期待されます。

業務には以下が含まれます。

  • 製品・ソリューションのウェブプレゼンテーション（AI/データ基盤ユースケースを含む）
  • TCO（総所有コスト）計算
  • 提案書の作成・提示
  • 必要に応じたPOC（概念実証）の実施
  • 見積書の作成

主な職務内容

  • インサイドセールス環境での販売目標達成とノルマの継続的達成
  • 技術・営業リソースを活用し、チャネルパートナーとの関係構築を通じて商談を成約へ導く
  • チャネルパートナーと密接に連携し、収益を創出（AI関連案件でのパートナー共創を含む）
  • AIツール（生成AI、営業支援AI、会話インテリジェンス等）を日常業務に組み込み、リサーチ、アウトリーチ、提案書作成、商談後フォローなどを効率化し、顧客との対話や関係構築により多くの時間を割く
  • パイプライン管理とコンバージョン率向上への注力。データに基づく分析で施策を継続的に改善する
  • 高い活動量を維持し、大量販売に対応
  • 正確な予測の提示と複数チャネルとの連携
  • AI/データ活用に関するお客様の課題（学習・推論基盤、データ保護、サイバーレジリエンス、コスト最適化など）を把握し、ビジネス価値に基づいた提案書を作成・提示
  • 四半期・年間ベースでのアカウント戦略推進とパートナーとの協働営業
  • 意思決定者（IT部門に加え、データ・AI推進部門や事業部門を含む）へのアプローチと新規開拓の実績
  • 営業現場で得られたAI活用の工夫やナレッジをチームに共有し、組織全体の生産性向上に貢献

求める人物像・スキル

必須要件（経験・実績）

  • B2Bテクノロジー営業の経験（3年以上）
  • ストレージ分野またはIT基盤分野での安定したノルマ達成の実績（達成率などの具体的な数字で示せること）
  • チャネルパートナー（SIer、ディストリビューター、リセラー等）との協業による販売成功経験、およびチャネル販売モデルへの深い理解
  • 開拓から成約まで営業プロセス全体をリードした実績
  • 意思決定者（部長・役員クラス）へのアプローチと新規開拓の実績
  • 提案書作成、TCO試算、見積作成を含む、ソリューション提案の経験
  • Salesforce.comおよびMicrosoft Officeの操作スキル
  • 優れた口頭・書面コミュニケーション能力
  • 自律的に行動し、結果を出す力
  • 優れた時間管理とマルチタスク能力
  • 東京オフィスに通勤可能な地域に居住していること
  • オープンオフィス・チーム環境での勤務に意欲があること

歓迎要件

  • ストレージ業界の深い知識（ブロック/ファイル/オブジェクト、データ保護、サイバーレジリエンスなど）
  • AI/データ基盤（GPU環境、データレイク、非構造化データ管理など）に関する知識、またはAI関連案件の提案経験
  • 生成AIや営業支援ツールを業務に取り入れ、生産性や成果を改善した経験
  • BVSまたは関連するB2B営業トレーニングの修了
  • 大企業とスタートアップ両方の環境での経験
  • 関連分野の学士号
