Die Dastex Group ist ein internationaler Anbieter von Reinraumprodukten. Wir betreuen namhafte Kunden aus Pharma, Life Sciences, Halbleiter, Luft- und Raumfahrt und bieten dir spannende Einblicke in modernes B2B-Marketing.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser HR-Team bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben und Projekten. Zusammen treiben wir insbesondere die Digitalisierung im HR voran.
  • Bei der Einführung unseres neuen HRIS unterstützt du uns tatkräftig bei der Datenmigration und testest neue System-Funktionen mit einem wachsamen Auge direkt aus der Nutzer:innen-Perspektive.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team begleitest du unsere neuen Talente vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Start, indem du bei der Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen unterstützt, die Kommunikation mit Bewerbenden pflegst und für ein rundum herzliches Onboarding sorgst.
  • Im administrativen Tagesgeschäft hältst du uns zuverlässig den Rücken frei, bereitest wichtige HR-Dokumente wie Verträge oder Zeugnisse vor und hilfst dabei, unsere internen Personalprozesse reibungslos am Laufen zu halten.

Dein Profil

  • Als immatrikulierte:r Student:in in einem relevanten Studiengang hast du dir schon theoretisches Wissen im HR-Bereich angeeignet oder idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt und verstehst, wie eine Personalabteilung grob funktioniert.
  • Du bringst eine digitale Grundfitness und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office mit.
  • Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe arbeitest du dich zügig in neue HR-Themen ein, denkst proaktiv mit und agierst schnell, bevor Themen ins Stocken geraten.
  • Sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch kommunizierst du empathisch sowie stilsicher und gehst als Aushängeschild der Firma jederzeit absolut diskret mit sensiblen Daten um.
  • Du hast ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen im Team und Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen. Zusammen mit einer gesunden Portion Humor und echtem Teamgeist passt du perfekt zu uns!
