Du möchtest neben deinem Studium praktische HR-Erfahrung sammeln und dabei die gesamte Bandbreite moderner Personalarbeit kennenlernen? Dann werde Teil unseres HR-Teams und unterstütze uns mit 20 Stunden pro Woche – vom Recruiting über die Mitarbeiterbetreuung und Datenpflege bis hin zur Mitgestaltung unserer HR-Prozesse.

Dein täglicher Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der eingehenden Bewerbung bis zur Einstellung.
  • Organisation und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen sowie Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und internen Ansprechpartner:innen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterstammdaten und digitalen Personalunterlagen.
  • Mitarbeit im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Personalthemen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting- und HR-Prozesse.
  • Übernahme eigener kleiner HR-Projekte und Sonderthemen – je nach Interesse und Erfahrung.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Laufendes Studium (z. B. BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften etc.) - idealerweise mit Bezug zu Personal, Organisation oder Wirtschaft.
  • Interesse an HR und Recruiting & idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung.
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige & kommunikative Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, eigenständig Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Bewerbern und ein professionelles, wertschätzendes Auftreten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Vertraulicher Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.
  • Kenntnisse in Personio? Super - kein Muss!
  • Du hast Lust, dich einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns unsere HR-Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
