   The Role: This is a varied role, To assist the  Gym Manager in overseeing a successful 8x week pre-open and 4x week post open sales performance:

Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events.

Social Media campaign planning and execution Engaging with businesses to secure wellness events Support in completion of GANTT tasks in install week & supporting the fit out of gym post PC Knowing who the clubs competitors are and understand what they are offering at all times to ensure the club can react and gain a competitive edge locally. Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, post open and bring a buddy focus to drive memberships or membership upgrades to Plus. Post Opening - operational duties to cover GEX classes, opening and closing of the gym. 4 weeks post open to be accountable for driving sales and member engagement within the club. Deputise for the Gym Manager when needed.

  As the Sales Support Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our sales and the wider operations. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes focus on bringing in and supporting new members. If this sounds like your perfect next role, here’s what we’re looking for:

A desire to do the right thing. Driving results is important – and how you do this - with resilience, confidence, and integrity is equally vital to success in this role. A L2 qualification in gym instructing, and experience teaching group exercise.
