Pro Fintokei a Purple Trading hledáme Marketing Project Managera, který/á převezme koordinaci social media agendy: bude pracovat se dvěma specialisty, nastaví strukturu jejich práce a stane se spojkou mezi každodenní exekucí a Marketing Managerkou. Jde nám o člověka, který v téhle roli vidí víc než jen koordinaci – a postupně může vyrůst až do tvorby samotné strategii.

Co Tě u nás čeká

  • Briefování a zadávání úkolů dvěma Social Media specialistům – jasně, srozumitelně, s kontextem
  • Plánování a správa obsahového kalendáře: co, kdy, na které platformě a za jakým účelem
  • Hlídání termínů, návazností a případných blokerů - včas vidíš, když se něco komplikuje a řešíš to
  • Kontrola kvality výstupů – obsah i vizuál musí sedět na tone of voice, brand guidelines a účel dané aktivity
  • Pravidelné reportování výkonu: výsledky, postřehy, návrhy na úpravy
  • Kapacitní plánování v rámci social media týmu a koordinace s ostatními oblastmi marketingu (email, web, paid, vizuál)
  • Správa a aktualizace projektového nástroje – přehledné boardy, deadliny, dokumentace procesů
  • Do budoucna: spolupráce na tvorbě social media strategie a postupné převzetí zodpovědnosti za její podobu

Jak si Tě představujeme

  • Máš zkušenost s projektovým řízením nebo koordinací – víš, jak rozložit zadání na konkrétní kroky a jak udržet tým v pohybu
  • Orientuješ se ve světě social media natolik, aby sis poradil/a s briefem, posoudil/a kvalitu výstupu a měl/a vlastní názor na to, co dává smysl
  • Jsi organizovaný/á a spolehlivý/á – termíny bereš vážně a problémy řešíš dřív, než se stanou krizí
  • Dokážeš jasně zadávat úkoly a dávat smysluplnou zpětnou vazbu; víš, jak komunikovat nahoru i dolů
  • Přemýšlíš strategicky – zajímá tě nejen to, jestli byl úkol splněn, ale proč a co z toho plyne dál
  • Angličtina ti nedělá problémy (B2+)
  • Jsi zvyklý/á pracovat s projektovými nástroji (ideálně Monday nebo podobné)
  • Znáš základy fungování sociálních sítí z produkční nebo analytické stránky
  • Pracoval/a jsi v regulovaném odvětví – fintech má svá specifika
