V Support týmu se staráme o spokojenost našich klientů z finančního světa. Denně nás kontaktují s různými typy problémů a dotazů. Tvým úkolem bude zajistit, aby se k nim dostaly ty správné informace.

Pro práci s klienty se nám osvědčil Intercom (chat, e-maily), telefon k práci určitě potřebovat nebudeš. I když se pohybujeme ve finančním světě, nekomunikujeme škrobeně, ale naopak otevřeně a přátelsky. Je pro nás důležitý individuální přístup a chceme, aby nás i protistranu spolupráce bavila.

Komunikace s klienty je jedna část agendy, která tě na pozici potká. Druhá část je více administrativní a jde primárně o manuální tasky - nastavování platforem, doplňování informací. V této back-office agendě půjde o komunikaci napříč týmy v rámci firmy.

Ve finančním světě je změna jedinou stálou konstantou, takže tě dynamické prostředí nesmí vylekat. Tento business a trendy s ním spojené, se mění a vyvíjí pod rukama a na tyto změny musíme umět rychle reagovat.

Jsme v Brně, kanceláře najdeš přímo v centru na Masaryčce. Ze začátku bude onsite spolupráce klíčová, po zaučení by se s tebou tým rád potkával 3 dny v týdnu v kanclu.

Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Pomůžeš nám pečovat o klienty Fintokei - zpracovávat požadavky a odpovídat na dotazy
  • Největší část dotazů směřuje na registrace, nákupy Fintokei produktů, pravidla výzev nebo když klientovi něco nefunguje
  • Budeš také pomáhat s operativou - kontrola KYC, bankovních údajů apod.
  • Součástí jsou různá zpestření v podobě projektů, automatizací, testování nových produktů nebo procesů
  • Náš support tým slouží jako informační hub, který zná pozadí finančního světa, proto je potřeba se vzdělávat, ale vždy je možnost se obrátit na ještě větší odborníky u nás, kteří ti poradí, když jsi v úzkých
  • Spolupráce s ostatnímy týmy - Payments, Risk management, Marketing…

Co od tebe očekáváme?

  • Jsi dobrý/á posluchač/ka a detektiv, snažíš se porozumět tomu, co lidé potřebují, dokážeš identifikovat jejich problém, zjistíš si informace, jak danou věc řešit a umíš jej srozumitelně komunikovat.
  • Není nutná předchozí zkušenost ani se supportem ani s forexem, investováním apod., přesto by tě pomoc lidem i finanční oblast měly zajímat
  • Dochvilnost a zodpovědnost - jsme tu pro klienty denně v přesném časovém rozmezí, pracovní doba 9-17
  • Základem je práce s PC (Excel, e-mail), zbytek tě u nás naučíme
  • Nemáš problém se domluvit v angličtině (naši klienti i kolegové jsou i z ciziny a všechny naše systémy jedou v EN), dále si vystačíš s češtinou nebo slovenštinou
