Wir suchen Dich in Berlin als Innovation Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als organisatorische Schnittstelle unterstützt Du die Koordination von Innovations- und KI-Projekten, behältst Fortschritte im Blick und sorgst mit strukturiertem Projektmanagement sowie aussagekräftigen Reportings für Transparenz.
  • Einen wichtigen Beitrag zum KI-Enablement in der Kanzlei leistest Du durch Formate wie unsere Copilot Quick Bites, die Beantwortung von Anfragen sowie den aktiven Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Unternehmens.
  • Darüber hinaus begleitest Du die operative Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Legal-Tech-Produkte und unterstützt deren nachhaltige Etablierung innerhalb der Kanzlei.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team wirkst Du an der Umsetzung unserer KI-Strategie mit und begleitest die Einführung neuer Technologien sowie innovativer Zukunftsprojekte.
  • Von der Idee bis zur Auswertung: Du entwickelst Testszenarien für neue KI-Lösungen, analysierst Ergebnisse und bereitest Erkenntnisse zielgruppengerecht auf.
  • Im engen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen, Fachbereichen und externen Produktanbietern unterstützt Du die erfolgreiche Nutzung unserer digitalen Lösungen und stehst als Ansprechperson für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht, Digital Business oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Du verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise durch eine einschlägige Berufstätigkeit von zwei bis drei Jahren, und arbeitest strukturiert sowie organisiert.
  • Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der KI-Implementierung mit und Dich begeistern digitale Innovationen und Künstliche Intelligenz.
  • Dein technisches Verständnis, Deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse helfen Dir dabei, unterschiedliche Stakeholder erfolgreich zusammenzubringen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft Office um; Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Copilot oder vergleichbaren KI-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil.
