Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst umfassend in allen Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts – praxisnah und auf hohem fachlichem Niveau.
  • Bei Restrukturierungen und Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen stehst Du Mandanten als verlässliche Ansprechperson zur Seite und begleitest Projekte von der strategischen Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Verhandlungen mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen, Einigungsstellenverfahren sowie Fragen der Mitbestimmung gestaltest Du souverän und lösungsorientiert.
  • Ob Arbeitsverträge, Dienstverträge, Betriebsvereinbarungen oder Tarifverträge – Deine Expertise bringt Klarheit und Struktur in komplexe Themen.
  • Internationale Projekte eröffnen Dir die Möglichkeit, arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen in einem globalen Kontext zu bearbeiten und dabei eng mit unserem Netzwerk zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Auch vor Gericht und in außergerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen vertrittst Du die Interessen Deiner Mandanten überzeugend.
  • Du teilst Dein Know-how in Inhouse-Schulungen und Mandantenformaten und positionierst Dich fachlich sichtbar am Markt.
  • Digitale Tools und KI-Anwendungen nutzt Du als selbstverständlichen Bestandteil Deiner Arbeitsweise, um effizient zu arbeiten und neue Ansätze zu entwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Dich begeistert die gesamte Bandbreite des Arbeitsrechts.
  • Mit zwei mindestens vollbefriedigenden Staatsexamina bringst du eine exzellente fachliche Grundlage mit.
  • Fachliche Fragestellungen meisterst du auch auf Englisch souverän.
  • Für dich zählt das Miteinander im Team genauso wie die fachliche Arbeit selbst.
  • Echte Aussichten auf Karriere und Partnerschaft spielen für dich eine wichtige Rolle.
  • Bereits während des Studiums, im Referendariat oder in deiner bisherigen Tätigkeit hast du dich mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen beschäftigt und konntest schon erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln.
  • Du hast Interesse an digitalen Entwicklungen im Rechtsmarkt und erschließt aktiv Legal Tech- und KI-Anwendungen, um juristische Arbeit effizienter und innovativer zu gestalten.
