  • Run the parish team’s account-based sales model, including account prioritization and coverage of target parishes. Assist the GM, who owns the territory process, and the Senior Manager, Business Development, in creating and updating US territories.
  • Align SDR activity with AE priorities so leads are worked, qualified, and converted against agreed standards.
  • Monitor leading performance indicators, including pipeline coverage, sales activity, conversion, and seller productivity.
  • Report to leadership on market and account trends, including shifts in parish and diocesan budgets, buying priorities, and the strategic direction of key accounts.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales processes, identify performance trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Provide input on AE compensation plans and quotas through the GM, Catholic Business Unit.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
