Nous souhaitons recruter un(e) Technicien (enne) en automatisation pour notre division située au au 2400 boulevard Lemire, Drummondville (Québec).

Description du poste

Rôle et fonctions :

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l’ingénierie, vous aurez comme mandat principal d’assurer des tâches reliées à la conception, l’implantation et la programmation de solutions automatisées et robotisées pour nos processus manufacturiers. De plus, vous aurez à effectuer des tâches reliées à la maintenance et au dépannage des automates en place.

Tâches Spécifiques :

  • En collaboration avec les différents intervenants de la production et de l’ingénierie, élabore, conçoit et implante des solutions en automatisation;
  • Préparer et interpréter des plans et schémas électriques;
  • Effectuer tous les dépannages et maintenance des équipements robotisés;
  • Effectuer le calendrier de maintenance préventive, en collaboration avec le département de maintenance et celui de la production et en assurer l’exécution;
  • Effectuer la programmation et la mise en service des automates, robots et effectuer la collecte de données;
  • Participer à des projets d’automatisation, de modernisation et de robotisation, en collaboration avec les divers intervenants de la production et de l’ingénierie;
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour accroître la performance, la qualité et l’efficacité des procédés;
  • Effectuer le soutien technique dans son champ d’expertise;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualifications

Compétences, savoir-être et savoir-faire recherchés :

  • Avoir le souci du travail bien fait;
  • Être axé sur la collaboration et le travail d’équipe;
  • Faire preuve d’une grande autonomie dans la gestion des priorités;
  • Avoir un très bon sens de l’organisation et du travail structuré;
  • Connaissance en programmation d’automate;
  • Connaissance en électricité (schémas, câblage, panneaux et normes);
  • Connaissance de la robotique (installation, programmation et maintenance) :
  • Connaissance des capteurs, moteurs, systèmes de contrôle et de régulation;
  • Connaissance de logiciel de programmation d’automate;
  • Connaissance de logiciel ERP un atout;
  • Connaissance de SolidWorks Electrical ou AutoCAD electrical ou tout autre logiciel de dessin.

Formation et expérience requise

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technologie du génie électrique automatisation et contrôle ou tout autre DEC/AEC dans un domaine similaire ou DEP en électromécanique avec expériences pertinentes;
  • Licence C un atout;
  • 1-5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
