Für unser Accounting-Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der Abschlusssicherheit mit Eigenverantwortung und dem Anspruch verbindet, Finanzprozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung in den Bereichen Kreditoren, Debitoren und Anlagen
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie bilanziellen Bewertungen
  • Ermittlung und Buchung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Durchführung von Bankabstimmungen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Analysen für interne Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten umsatzsteuerlichen Behandlung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Wirtschaftsprüfungen
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung unserer Accounting-Prozesse
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams und kompetente Ansprechperson für komplexe buchhalterische Fragestellungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Steuern
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise mit einem deutlichen Schwerpunkt in der Abschlusserstellung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Intercompany-Strukturen und konzerninternen Abstimmungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Erfahrung in der Energiebranche oder bei der Einführung neuer Systeme ist ein zusätzliches Plus
