Für unser Construction-Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager Construction (m/w/d), der komplexe Wind- und Photovoltaikprojekte von der technischen Bewertung bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb eigenständig steuert.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Umsetzung komplexer Wind- und Photovoltaikprojekte hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Bau- und Ausführungsphase
  • Leitung von Ausschreibungen für Bauleistungen, Lieferanten und Anlagenhersteller
  • Verhandlung und Steuerung von Verträgen sowie aktives Nachtragsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitäts-, termin- und budgetgerechten Ausführungsplanung
  • Projektcontrolling, Forecasting und frühzeitige Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen sowie Lösung von Zielkonflikten
  • Steuerung und Eskalationsmanagement relevanter Stakeholder
  • Technische Bewertung potenzieller Projekte einschließlich Due Diligence und CapEx-Bewertung
  • Sicherstellung der Projektdokumentation und strukturierten Übergabe an Operations

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in Architektur, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder EPC-Umfeld sowie Erfahrung mit Windenergieprojekten oder vergleichbaren EPC-Projekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Hohe Kompetenz im Kosten-, Termin-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanter Projektmanagement- und Planungssoftware
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und souveränes Stakeholder-Management
  • Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1- und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau

Bei Navaris übernimmst du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Energieprojekte und steuerst ihre Umsetzung von der technischen Bewertung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Betrieb. Dabei verbindest du technische Qualität, wirtschaftliche Zielsetzung und professionelles Projektmanagement.
