Position: Accounting Officer (CPA)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Officer (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger - Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures - Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts - Prepare and submit tax returns and other compliance reports - Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures - Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders - Provide support for internal and external audits - Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with tax laws and regulations - Experience in the HR industry is a plus
