About the Role

Salary: ₱40,000–₱60,000 Location: Parañaque City | Onsite Schedule: Shifting

We're looking for an experienced VIP Host Team Leader (Online Gaming / iGaming) to lead a team responsible for supporting and retaining high-value players in the online gaming industry. You'll help improve player satisfaction, strengthen VIP relationships, and drive team performance through effective coaching and data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support VIP Hosts to achieve team performance targets.
  • Improve VIP player retention, engagement, and overall service experience.
  • Guide the team in delivering personalized player support, incentives, and outreach activities.
  • Monitor team KPIs, service quality, and conversion performance to identify improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, analyze performance reports, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Handle escalated VIP concerns and coordinate with Operations, Product, and QA teams.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in online casino or gaming VIP services or operations.
  • Minimum 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of VIP retention, player engagement, betting behavior, and player lifetime value.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Parañaque on shifting schedules.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using CRM or customer service management systems.
  • Familiarity with VIP loyalty programs and player outreach tools.
  • Experience implementing player retention and reactivation strategies.
