Stiamo cercando uno ADDETTO LOGISTIC OPERATIONS

All’interno della Direzione Renewable Energy & Supply Chain, contribuirai alla programmazione e alla gestione operativa delle attività di approvvigionamento e movimentazione delle basi primarie, supportando il monitoraggio degli inventari e la continuità del servizio. Collaborerai con fornitori, operatori logistici, terminali e raffinerie, partecipando alla pianificazione dei flussi logistici e alle attività di ottimizzazione dei processi a supporto del business.

Le attività principali che seguirai:

  • Supportare la programmazione e la gestione operativa degli approvvigionamenti delle basi primarie, con particolare focus sul terminale di Napoli e sulle attività di pianificazione e movimentazione presso la raffineria di Milazzo;
  • Monitorare gli inventari fisici e prezzati, contribuendo a garantire la continuità delle forniture e la corretta gestione degli stock;
  • Aggiornare e gestire i sistemi e gli strumenti di pianificazione a supporto delle attività logistiche, assicurando la corretta registrazione dei movimenti e dei dati operativi;
  • Collaborare con fornitori, operatori logistici, clienti e stakeholder interni per l'implementazione dei piani logistici e la gestione operativa delle attività;
  • Supportare la predisposizione della reportistica periodica, l'analisi delle performance operative e il monitoraggio dei principali indicatori logistici;
  • Partecipare alle attività di pianificazione stagionale e ai processi di ottimizzazione della capacità di stoccaggio e movimentazione dei prodotti;
  • Contribuire ai progetti di miglioramento continuo e digitalizzazione dei processi, supportando l'evoluzione degli strumenti gestionali e delle procedure operative;
  • Collaborare alle iniziative legate al Business Management System (BMS), supportando attività di sensibilizzazione, aggiornamento documentale e miglioramento dei processi;
  • Supportare il team nelle attività operative e progettuali assegnate dal responsabile.

Requisiti chiave per il ruolo:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o materie STEM.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)
  • Buone doti relazionali e orientamento alla collaborazione
  • Capacità di analisi e attenzione ai dettagli
  • Proattività e senso di responsabilità

Cosa offriamo:

Per la posizione è previsto un inserimento con contratto di lavoro full-time a tempo determinato della durata di 12 mesi, CCNL Energia e Petrolio e accordi integrativi aziendali, con inquadramento al livello 4 del sistema di classificazione previsto dal CCNL applicato.

L’offerta retributiva prevista per la posizione è compresa indicativamente in un range tra € 38.000 e € 41.000, da definire in funzione dell’esperienza professionale maturata e delle competenze.
