STIAMO CERCANDO UN HR, FINANCE & STAFF SYSTEM SPECIALIST

All'interno della Direzione Technology ti occuperai di supportare l’analisi dei requisiti funzionali e il coordinamento operativo delle attività progettuali relative ai sistemi delle aree HR, Finance & Staff, contribuendo alla realizzazione, all’evoluzione e alla manutenzione delle soluzioni tecnologiche e assicurando il corretto avanzamento dei progetti in tutte le loro fasi.

Le attività principali che seguirai:

  • Raccogliere, analizzare e documentare i requisiti di processo e di progetto espressi dagli utenti e dai referenti delle diverse funzioni aziendali.
  • Collaborare con utenti interni e fornitori, garantendo il continuo allineamento rispetto ai requisiti funzionali richiesti durante tutte le fasi progettuali.
  • Sviluppare, aggiornare e mantenere la documentazione di progetto nel corso delle diverse fasi di avanzamento delle iniziative.
  • Affiancare il supervisore nelle attività di test, validazione e rilascio in produzione dei progetti e delle soluzioni tecnologiche.
  • Supportare il monitoraggio del corretto funzionamento delle applicazioni e delle attività operative e di manutenzione.
  • Contribuire alla gestione e alla risoluzione delle problematiche operative, assicurando continuità ed efficacia ai processi supportati.
  • Collaborare alle ulteriori attività del servizio sulla base delle esigenze operative e delle indicazioni del supervisore.

Requisiti chiave per il ruolo:

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline STEM (preferibilmente ingegneristiche)
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)
  • Buone doti relazionali e orientamento alla collaborazione
  • Proattività e senso di responsabilità

Cosa offriamo:

Per la posizione è previsto un inserimento con contratto di lavoro full-time a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Energia e Petrolio e accordi integrativi aziendali, con inquadramento in un range tra livello 4.2 e livello 3.3 del sistema di classificazione previsto dal CCNL applicato.

L’offerta retributiva prevista per la posizione è compresa indicativamente in un range tra € 40.000 e € 46.000, da definire in funzione dell’esperienza professionale maturata e delle competenze.
