1、参与空天信息、卫星测运控及智能运营领域人工智能算法的研究、开发与工程化落地。 2、参与卫星遥测数据分析、设备健康评估、异常检测、故障诊断、趋势预测等算法的设计与实现。 3、参与卫星测运控领域大模型、知识库及智能体应用的研发，包括专业知识问答、规程辅助生成、异常分析、任务规划辅助等场景。 4、负责多源异构数据的处理与分析，包括遥测时序数据、告警数据、运行日志、故障案例、技术文档及操作规程等。 5、参与机器学习、深度学习、时序分析、自然语言处理、知识图谱及检索增强生成等技术的研究和应用。 6、参与算法模型的训练、评估、优化、部署及服务化封装，推动算法能力与业务系统集成。 7、参与算法测试数据集、评测指标和验证流程的建设，持续提升模型的准确性、稳定性和可解释性。 8、跟踪人工智能、大模型、智能体及空天信息领域前沿技术，参与技术预研、原型验证和项目申报工作。

1、博士以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、数学、电子信息、航空航天等相关专业。 2、掌握Python语言，熟悉常用数据处理和算法开发工具，如NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn、PyTorch或TensorFlow等。 3、具备机器学习、深度学习或数据挖掘基础，理解分类、回归、聚类、异常检测、模型评估等基本方法。 4、熟悉Linux环境及Git等版本管理工具，具备良好的代码规范和工程实践意识。 5、具备较好的数学基础，理解概率统计、线性代数、优化方法等相关知识。 6、具有良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力和问题解决能力，能够阅读中英文技术资料和论文。 7、具有较强的责任心、团队协作意识和沟通表达能力，愿意长期从事空天信息与人工智能交叉领域研发工作。
