1、硕士及以上学历，软件、导航制导与控制等相关专业； 2、有卫星飞控软件、姿轨控控制等控制相关软件开发经验； 3、精通嵌入式C/C++开发语言，熟悉基本数据结构与算法，有软件工程经验； 4、熟悉嵌入式操作系统ucos/VxWorks，熟悉基本的接口驱动编写，如UART、SPI、CAN、RS422等； 5、沟通表达良好，有一定的逻辑思维能力，较强的抗压能力。
