1. 硕士及以上学历，自动化、电气工程及其自动化、控制工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业 2. 有航天产线PLC控制系统调试经历者优先； 3. 精通西门子、三菱等主流编程软件，熟悉相关工业通讯协议，具备MES系统对接经验； 4. 了解自动化产线常用传感器、伺服驱动器、气缸等执行部件的工作原理，能结合控制需求完成部件联动调试。 5. 具备良好的跨部门协作能力，能高效配合调试、工艺、质量等团队推进工作，清晰同步技术进展与问题。
