Rollen

Som projektledare hos oss arbetar du i samhällsviktiga och ofta komplexa projekt där teknik, människor och genomförande behöver fungera tillsammans.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Leda och samordna projekt med många aktörer
  • Driva frågor kopplat till tid, kostnad och kvalitet
  • Skapa struktur och framdrift i projektet
  • Hantera risker och hitta lösningar
  • Hara en central kontaktpunkt mellan beställare, entreprenörer och övriga aktörer

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av projektledning eller byggledning inom anläggning, infrastruktur eller energi och som trivs i miljöer där mycket händer samtidigt.

Vi tror att du:

  • Har teknisk högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Har arbetat i projektroller som projektledare, byggledare eller liknande
  • Har förståelse för entreprenad- och projektstyrning
  • Är trygg i dialogen med olika typer av aktörer

Rollen kräver god förståelse för entreprenad- och projektstyrning i komplex offentlig miljö. Du bör därför ha erfarenhet av arbete enligt AB04, ABT06 och AMA samt praktisk förståelse för entreprenadjuridik, beställarroller och genomförande inom offentlig verksamhet.

Som person är du strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du har lätt för att samarbeta och trivs i en roll där du får ta ansvar och driva arbetet framåt.
