OM JOBBET Vi ser en ökad efterfrågan av byggledningsresurser hos Trafikverket för uppdrag i Fyrbodal och Göteborgsområdet, därför vill vi förstärka vårt fantastiska team med en Byggledare med inriktning mot vägunderhåll inom bl.a. broar, gator och vägar.

Vi söker dig som vill vara del i byggandet och utvecklingen av framtidens infrastruktur och som trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med engagerade kollegor i uppdrag för kompetenta beställarorganisationer. Tyngdpunkten i rollen kommer att ligga på uppdrag åt Trafikverket, där dina arbetsuppgifter innebär att följa upp entreprenader genom hela processen – från planering och projektering, via produktionsfas, till överlämnande och uppföljning.

Vår ambition är att din resa tillsammans med oss ska vara långsiktig och inspirerande. Vi arbetar nära varandra över affärsområdes gränser för att skapa synergier mellan projekt och kompetenser. På ett prestigelöst sätt samarbetar och stöttar vi varandra, delar erfarenheter och utvecklas tillsammans.

OM DIG Vi söker dig med minst 5 års erfarenhet som byggledare eller en arbetsledande funktion inom vägunderhåll.

Stor vikt läggs vid dina personliga egenskaper och som person ser vi att du är ödmjuk, lyhörd, social, strukturerad och har en naturlig fallenhet för att skapa långa, goda och hållbara relationer med kollegor och kunder.

Det är meriterande om du även har följande erfarenhet:

  • Erfarenhet från minst ett större uppdrag med en total omsättning överstigande 20 miljoner kr.
  • Erfarenhet från minst två uppdrag med avvattningsåtgärder.
  • Erfarenhet från bärighetshöjande åtgärder.
  • Kontakter och samverkan med markägare.
  • Entreprenad på skyddsklassad väg med passerande trafik.
  • BAS-P och BAS-U.
  • Vägunderhåll där även vinterarbeten förekommit.
  • Certifiering enligt TDOK 2018:0371 APV
  • Minst ett års erfarenhet av geodetisk mätarutrustning eller liknande.

All vår och våra kunders dokumentation är på svenska och det är ett krav att du både talar och skriver flytande svenska. Du behöver ha b-körkort.
