Rollen

I dagsläget delas våra projekt inom anläggningskonstruktion mellan avdelningarna för hus-, bro- och industrikonstruktion. Vår målsättning är att bygga upp en ny avdelning med fullt fokus på anläggningskonstruktion.

Rollen innebär att du på sikt, eller direkt vid anställning, kommer verka som affärsområdeschef för avdelningen inom anläggningskonstruktion. Du samverkar nära avdelningarna hus-, bro- och industrikonstruktion med målet att bygga upp och etablera en egen avdelning. Vattenreningsverk och kraftinfrastruktur är några exempel på anläggningar som kommer tillhöra ditt fokusområde.

I rollen så har du det övergripande ansvaret för planering, genomförande och uppföljning. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat att:

  • bevaka marknaden och knyta nya kundkontakter
  • arbeta med anbud mot offentliga och privata beställare
  • driva projekteringsuppdrag i rollen som uppdragsledare/konstruktör
  • rekrytera medarbetare för att bygga upp ditt eget team med rätt kompetens

Detta är en nyckelroll där du får möjlighet att bygga upp och forma vårt affärsområde inom anläggningskonstruktion från grunden.

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av projektering och konstruktion inom anläggning och som idag arbetar som uppdragsledare, teknikansvarig eller liknande.

Det är viktigt att du trivs med att arbeta operativt och bidrar med din tekniska spetskompetens. Samtidigt drivs du av att göra affärer samt utveckla och upprätthålla relationer med kunder, leverantörer och andra intressenter.

Vi ser även att du har en akademisk bakgrund som civilingenjörsexamen eller högskoleingenjör med relevant inriktning för rollen.

Det är viktigt att du tycker om att ta ett helhetsansvar och är trygg i att ta en ledarroll.
