Markera är specialister på helhetslösningar inom väg-, gatu- och markprojektering. Vi är med där samhällen växer fram – från komplexa motorvägs- och infrastrukturprojekt till utveckling av bostads- och industriområden. Hos oss kombineras teknisk spets med nära samarbete, tydligt ansvar och hög kvalitet i varje leverans.

Vi arbetar tillsammans med kommuner, Trafikverket och privata aktörer och är med i projekten från tidiga skeden till färdiga bygghandlingar. Det innebär att du hos oss får arbeta långsiktigt, varierat och med verklig påverkan.

Om rollen

Som uppdragsledare och/eller teknikansvarig inom väg och mark får du en central och operativ roll i våra projekt. Du ansvarar för teknisk kvalitet och framdrift i uppdrag och är en viktig kontaktperson gentemot kund, samtidigt som du samordnar projekteringen internt och tillsammans med andra teknikområden.

Rollen passar dig som vill fokusera på teknik, samordning och leverans och som trivs i en miljö där du får arbeta i hela projektkedjan från tidiga utredningar till färdigställande.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Arbeta som uppdragsledare och/eller teknikansvarig inom väg-, gatu- och markprojektering.
  • Medverka i projektets alla skeden, exempelvis förstudier, vägplaner, utredningar, underlag för detaljplaner samt projektering och upprättande av bygghandlingar och förfrågningsunderlag.
  • Samordna och leda projekteringen inom egna uppdrag, i nära samarbete med övriga teknikdiscipliner.
  • Säkerställa hög teknisk kvalitet, kostnadsmedvetenhet och leverans enligt tidplan.
  • Vara en aktiv och förtroendeskapande kontakt mot kund genom projektets olika faser.
  • Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, teknik och kunskapsdelning inom väg- och markområdet.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet av väg- och/eller markprojektering och har arbetat som uppdragsledare, teknikansvarig eller i en liknande roll. Du är trygg i din kompetens, tar ansvar och gillar att driva projekt framåt tillsammans med andra.

Som person är du engagerad, strukturerad och kommunikativ. Du motiveras av att lösa komplexa problem, bygga förtroende hos kund och bidra till projekt som gör skillnad i samhället.
