Tenemos oficinas en Brasil, Estados Unidos y México, y un equipo de auditores en varios países. Desde 2019, formamos parte del Grupo QIMA.

Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Auditor BRCGS Food con experiencia para realizar auditorías de seguridad alimentaria en instalaciones de Perú. Evaluará sitios de fabricación, procesamiento y distribución de alimentos frente a los requisitos del BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety, verificará el cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema de gestión de la seguridad alimentaria y entregará informes de auditoría claros y objetivos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Planificar y realizar auditorías BRCGS (iniciales, de seguimiento y de recertificación) según los procedimientos y plazos de BRCGS
  • Revisar planes de seguridad alimentaria, sistemas HACCP, programas de prerrequisitos y documentación
  • Evaluar BPM, saneamiento, control de alérgenos, trazabilidad, aprobación de proveedores y prácticas de protección alimentaria (food defense)
  • Entrevistar a la gerencia y al personal operativo, y obtener evidencia objetiva mediante revisión documental y observación en planta
  • Documentar las no conformidades con precisión, validar las acciones correctivas y comunicar los hallazgos a los clientes y a los auditados
  • Completar los informes de auditoría y los registros relacionados a tiempo y conforme a los requisitos del organismo de certificación
  • Mantener la imparcialidad y la confidencialidad durante todo el proceso de auditoría

Requisitos

Obligatorios:

  • Certificación vigente como auditor BRCGS
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en seguridad alimentaria, aseguramiento de la calidad o auditoría en fabricación o procesamiento de alimentos
  • Sólido conocimiento del BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety, de los requisitos de benchmarking GFSI, de los principios HACCP y de las BPM
  • Familiaridad con la normativa sanitaria aplicable en Perú (DIGESA y SANIPES, según el sector)
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción de informes y comunicación
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, gestionar varias auditorías a la vez y cumplir plazos ajustados
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajar
