We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations & Reconciliation Specialist to

manage financial reconciliation, merchant settlements, reporting, and day-to-day finance

operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile transaction and settlement records across internal systems and payment

providers.

- Monitor merchant settlements and identify missing, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect

payments.

- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.

- Prepare Statements of Account and financial reports.

- Manage finance-related merchant inquiries through to resolution.

- Maintain accurate records, trackers, supporting documents, and audit trails.

- Support month-end reconciliation and reporting activities.

- Coordinate with Finance, Account Management, Operations, and other internal teams.

- Recommend improvements to financial controls and operational processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Two to four years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, accounting, or

payment operations.

- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Good English communication skills.

- Experience in fintech, payments, or merchant operations is an advantage.
