The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Sales Intern, qlub+, you'll help drive qlub+ growth in the UAE. qlub+ is our diner subscription and rewards programme. Members get exclusive perks at partner venues, and restaurants get a way to attract new guests and keep them coming back. As a Business Development Intern, you’ll help sign new restaurant partners across the UAE, learning the full sales cycle from first outreach to a venue going live.

What you’ll own

• Build target lists of restaurants, cafés and hospitality groups

- Pitch qlub+ to owners and managers by phone, email and in person

- Help shape partner offers and prepare proposals

- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

- Track competing dining and rewards apps and share insights

Who you are

• A confident communicator who enjoys presenting and meeting new people

- Hungry to learn, coachable, and comfortable hearing “no”

- Motivated by targets and taking ownership of results

- Excited about restaurants, payments and helping businesses grow

What you’ll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (in progress or recently completed)

- Fluent English and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills

- Strong organisation and time management

- Arabic, CRM experience, knowledge of the UAE F&B scene, or a UAE driving licence are a bonus. No prior sales experience required.
