Đại diện cho khách hàng, chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng vị trí Kế toán trưởng để dẫn dắt bộ máy tài chính - kế toán của doanh nghiệp. Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty công nghệ uy tín, chuyên phát hành và phát triển các sản phẩm game trên nền tảng di động với quy mô hơn 400 nhân sự tại Hà Nội.

Gia nhập đội ngũ với vai trò Kế toán trưởng, bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cao nhất trong việc điều hành hệ thống kế toán và đảm bảo tính minh bạch tài chính của công ty. Đồng thời, bạn sẽ đóng vai trò đối tác chiến lược, tư vấn cho Ban Lãnh đạo về các phương án tối ưu thuế và nâng cấp hệ thống quản trị ERP.

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của bộ máy kế toán và xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát tuân thủ pháp luật.
  • Lập báo cáo tài chính, phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu và cung cấp thông tin kịp thời để hỗ trợ Ban lãnh đạo ra quyết định.
  • Đại diện doanh nghiệp làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng, đơn vị kiểm toán và các tổ chức liên quan.
  • Tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo về các chính sách kế toán, phương án tối ưu thuế và đánh giá hiệu quả các hoạt động đầu tư.
  • Triển khai, tối ưu hóa quy trình kế toán nội bộ và liên tục đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến hệ thống quản trị ERP.
  • Đào tạo, định hướng và phát triển năng lực chuyên môn cho đội ngũ nhân sự kế toán cấp dưới.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán hoặc các khối ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, trong đó có ít nhất 5 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí Kế toán trưởng (ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các công ty công nghệ).
  • Am hiểu sâu sắc các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến kế toán và thuế trong doanh nghiệp.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và hệ thống ERP (ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp tham gia triển khai ERP).
  • Sở hữu Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng theo quy định hiện hành (có chứng chỉ ACCA, CPA là một lợi thế lớn).
