The posting

Job description

You're a confident, high-volume outbound operator with 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience, joining Qogita's Business Development team to drive new buyer acquisition across Europe. You'll own your outreach pipeline end to end - from prospecting retailers, pharmacies, and distributors to booking qualified meetings and converting cold leads into active Qogita buyers. The Business Development team sits at the core of Qogita's commercial engine, working closely with Growth and Operations to expand our buyer base across key EU markets.

What you'll do

  • Outbound execution: Execute high-volume outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to prospective buyers — retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors across Europe.
  • Lead qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and secure meetings with decision-makers for the Business Development team.
  • Persona-led outreach: Develop tailored outreach sequences for different buyer personas and company types, adapting messaging to sector and market context.
  • Pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across the full outreach lifecycle in HubSpot, ensuring pipeline hygiene and reliable reporting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Business Development and Growth to refine targeting criteria, improve messaging, and feed market signals back into the acquisition playbook.
  • Performance tracking: Track your own outreach KPIs — contact rate, meeting booked rate, conversion to active buyer — and contribute to a high-performing acquisition team.

What you'll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with a track record of booking qualified meetings via phone and email.
  • Comfortable engaging decision-makers across a range of business types and seniority levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Resilient under rejection and able to maintain consistent output and quality across a high volume of daily outreach.
  • Able to prioritise and manage a full outreach pipeline without losing attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Genuine interest in wholesale, eCommerce, or B2B marketplaces.
  • Fluency in one or more major European languages - German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch.

Job benefits

  • Base salary: €35,000 – €48,000 (depending on experience) + commission plan designed to reward strong results
  • 26 days of annual leave + 4 personal days
  • Attractive equity package
  • Pension contributions
  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Office-led culture with hybrid flexibility
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Home-office setup package
  • Office socials and annual company-wide offsite

About Qogita Qogita [Ko-gi-ta] is on a mission to make global trade radically efficient by building the operating system for modern wholesale.

Wholesale is a €50 trillion market still largely run through phone calls, catalogues and trade shows. Behind every product sits a fragmented chain of sourcing, trading and logistics that makes wholesale slower, more complex and expensive than it should be.

Qogita is changing this by connecting the global market into a single order book, building the rails to move products across borders efficiently, and providing the intelligence to help businesses know what to stock, what it’s worth and where it should go.

We operate across health and beauty in 30+ European markets, with ambitions to reach every category, everywhere. Backed by Accel, Bessemer, Dawn and LocalGlobe, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B companies.

We’re an ambitious, pragmatic and highly collaborative team, united by a desire to reshape one of the world’s biggest markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
