TimeWave och Avista Time är två ledande affärssystem inom hemservice och lokalvård.

  • TimeWave används av över 300 hemserviceföretag över hela Sverige.
  • Avista Time är ett modernt och väletablerat system för företag inom lokalvård och arbetsplatsservice.

Tillsammans hjälper man hundratals företag att förenkla sin vardag genom smidigare planering, tidrapportering, fakturering och personalhantering. Deras webbaserade system används dagligen av tusentals användare i hela Sverige.

Dem är ett team på ca 20 personer som sitter i Stockholm, Göteborg och Söderhamn. Från och med oktober sitter de i gemensamma lokaler tillsammans med sina systerbolag i Marathon Software – vilket ger en inspirerande arbetsmiljö där det händer mycket.

Om rollen – Mötesbokare / SDR

Som mötesbokare är din uppgift att ta första kontakten med företag inom hemservice och lokalvård – via telefon, e-post och digitala kanaler – för att boka in möten åt våra säljare på TimeWave och Avista Time.

Du jobbar tätt tillsammans med säljarna och har en nyckelroll i deras tillväxtarbete. Vi söker dig som tycker om att prata med nya människor, är målinriktad och vill vara en del av ett växande bolag med ett starkt erbjudande.

Du kommer att:

  • Söka upp och kontakta potentiella kunder inom hemservice och lokalvård
  • Boka in säljmöten åt säljarna på TimeWave och Avista Time
  • Arbeta i deras CRM-system (Hubspot)
  • Följa upp leads och jobba mot tydliga mål
  • Bidra med energi, initiativ och idéer i teamet

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är social, driven och gillar att ta kontakt med nya människor. Du behöver inte ha lång erfarenhet – det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, är nyfiken och vill utvecklas inom försäljning.

Vi tror att du:

  • Pratar och skriver flytande svenska
  • Trivs med att arbeta i telefon
  • Är strukturerad och gillar att jobba mot mål
  • Har datorvana och gärna viss erfarenhet av digitala system
  • Har ett intresse för människor, försäljning och teknik

Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice, försäljning eller mötesbokning är meriterande – men inget krav.

Omfattning och lön

  • Vikariat med ev. möjlighet till heltid, 40 timmar/vecka
  • Lön: Fast grundlön + provision per bokat möte
  • Plats: Stockholm (viss möjlighet till remote)
  • 5 veckors semester
  • Inget krav på resor
