Join us as an Account Executive – Accountant Channel to turn France’s accounting firms into one of Qonto’s strongest growth channels. You’ll build your own pipeline of firms and close them end to end, under the guidance of Adrien Cannet, our Lead Accountant Channel.

➡️ What you’ll do

  • Build your own pipeline: You’ll source and prospect accounting firms across France, with no inbound to lean on.
  • Own the whole sales process end to end: qualify, understand how each firm works and where its pain sits and close the deal.
  • Turn firms into referral partners: You’ll get accountants recommending Qonto to their own client base.
  • Use AI to work smarter: You’ll lean on AI tools to prep calls, personalise outreach and speed up qualification.

➡️ What we’re looking for

  • Outbound experience: At least one year of full-time sales experience (CDI), with a track record of building your own pipeline.
  • You’ve closed a full cycle yourself: You’ve owned at least one deal end to end, from first call to signature.
  • You are fluent in French and English: Both are mandatory, with a minimum of C2 in French and C1+ in English.
  • You don’t quit: You keep working quiet accounts without losing energy or tact.
  • You’re AI-fluent: You use AI tools naturally to sharpen outreach, prep and follow-up.

➡️ Your future manager

You’ll report to Adrien Cannet, who leads the Account Executive team for the accountant channel. With a strong SaaS sales background at Spendesk, Adrien joined Qonto via Regate in 2024 as an Account Executive and has since taken the lead on new business for the accountant channel. His management style is hands-on but empowering: through one-to-one coaching, he helps you get to the root of a stalled deal, sharpen your approach, and find a way forward, then trusts you to take the reins and close it yourself.
