in Vollzeit und mit Sitz in unserer Verwaltung in Grevenbroich.

Du gestaltest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle aktiv mit – vom ersten Arbeitstag bis zum Austritt. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis bringst du deine organisatorischen Stärken ein, denkst mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Personalprozesse rund laufen – effizient, serviceorientiert und menschlich.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Eigenständige Betreuung eines festen Mitarbeiterkreises in allen personaladministrativen Belangen
  • Mitgestaltung des gesamten Employee Life Cycle – von der Stammdatenpflege über Vertrags- und Datenmanagement bis hin zur Offboarding-Phase
  • Erstellung sämtlicher personalrelevanter Dokumente, z. B. Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Betriebsratsanhörungen, Zeugnisse und Bescheinigungen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen – sicher und zuverlässig mit DATEV
  • Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen HR-Fragen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Koordination von Terminen und Begleitung der Planung von Schulungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit – Quereinsteiger*innen mit Lernbereitschaft sind herzlich willkommen
  • Du arbeitest organisiert und strukturiert und behältst dabei stets den Blick fürs Detail
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und zeichnest dich durch einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken aus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist sicherer im Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise mit den DATEV-Anwendungen
