Damit unsere Verträge, rechtlichen Prozesse und Fragestellungen jederzeit professionell betreut werden, suchen wir dich als engagierte Elternzeitvertretung, befristet für 1 Jahr, als

Legal Counsel/ Volljurist/ Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d)

in Teil- oder Vollzeit (25-39 Std./ Woche) an unseren Verwaltungsstandort in Grevenbroich.

Dein Job bei uns

Du bist unsere Ansprechperson für rechtliche Fragestellungen im Vertrags- und Zivilrecht. Mit deinem juristischen Know-how gestaltest, prüfst und optimierst du Verträge und Dokumente, arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und findest praxisnahe Lösungen für unser dynamisches Geschäftsumfeld.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Ansprechperson im Unternehmen für verschiedene rechtliche Fragestellungen (ausgenommen Arbeitsrecht und Datenschutz)
  • Lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit im Team an der Schnittstelle zwischen vertraglichen, operativen und kaufmännischen Bereichen
  • Gestaltung von Neuerstellung und Revision von Musterverträgen und -dokumenten wie z.B. AGB im Zusammenhang mit digitalen Produkten
  • Detailgetreue und genaue Bearbeitung von Vertragsvorlagen und Anpassung auf konkrete Einzelfälle
  • Unterstützung bei der Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Nachträgen zu bestehenden Verträgen aus dem Bereich Miet- und Pachtrecht

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrechts; gerne auch mit zweitem juristischem Staatsexamen
  • Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit - idealerweise in den oben genannten Positionen
  • Du bist motiviert dich in alle rechtlichen Fragen rund um die Spezialimmobilie „Parkobjekt“ einzuarbeiten
  • Du besitzt ein breites juristisches Fachwissen, mit Schwerpunkt im Allgemeinen Zivil- und Vertragsrecht
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
