Indien je 1 of meerdere keren positief kan antwoorden op bovenstaande vragen, dan is een job als Junior Dossierbeheerder bij onze klant, een accountantskantoor te Schoten, mogelijk dé nieuwe uitdaging voor jou!! Jouw functie: Je werkt vooral voor KMO-vennootschappen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zullen onder andere de volgende zijn: - Inboeken van aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen, bankuittreksels - Diverse boekingen en voorbereidende boekingen voor maand-, kwartaal- of jaarafsluiting - Boeken van afschrijvingen en voorzieningen - Boeken van overlopende rekeningen - Boeken van lonen - Voorbereiding / indienen BTW-aangifte - Verzamelen van informatie en voorbereiden van personenbelastingaangiftes - Voorbereiden / indienen diverse documenten zoals BTW-listings, intracommunautaire opgaves, ... - Diverse administratieve taken - … Vereisten Wie zoeken we?: - Kandidaten met een bachelordiploma Accountancy of kandidaten die minstens een eerste werkervaring in een accountantskantoor kunnen voorleggen. - Ook andere relevante opleidingen zoals HBO5 of graduaat kan zinvol zijn. - Je kiest heel bewust voor een baan in een accountantskantoor en je kan uitleggen waarom! Voordelen Onze klant biedt jou: - een voltijdse tewerkstelling waarbij je dagelijks van 8u30 tot 17u werkt. Op vrijdag werk je tot 16u30. - Je ontvangt een mooi brutoloon op maat van jouw studies, kennis en ervaring. - Je ontvangt maaltijdcheques van 8 € per gewerkte dag. - Mits positieve ontwikkeling en prestaties zijn andere voordelen zoals belkrediet, een bedrijfswagen, een internetvergoeding, e.d. op termijn mogelijk. - Eens je voldoende bent ingewerkt, is een combinatie van kantoorwerk en thuiswerk bespreekbaar.
