Introductie: Voor onze klant te Merelbeke, een accountantskantoor met kantoren in Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen en Limburg, is QRS - Quality Recruitment Services op zoek naar een Junior of Medior Dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van ervaren medewerkers dat elke dag het beste van zichzelf geeft om een uitmuntende service te bieden. Jouw functie: - Je verzorgt dagelijks de boekhouding van A tot Y voor diverse ondernemingen van eenmanszaken tot KMO's. - Je boekt voor elke klant in jouw beheer de aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen, bankuittreksels, creditnota's. - Je werkt je in en bouwt een degelijke dossierkennis op zodat je op termijn meer taken kan opnemen. Denk hierbij aan diverse boekingen zoals afschrijvingen, loonboekingen, provisies, overlopende rekeningen, ... - Je zal de ervaren dossierbeheerders bijstaan met de periodieke afsluitingen. - Mits positieve evolutie zal je op termijn verder gaan en assisteren bij de periodieke afsluitingen evenals het indienen van diverse aangiften (bedrijfsvoorheffing, BTW, vennootschapsbelasting, personenbelasting, ...) . Vereisten Wie zoeken we?: - Jij hebt bij voorkeur een diploma behaald in een hogere boekhoudkundige richting. Een bachelor Accountancy of graduaatsdiploma Boekhouden (HBO5) strekt tot aanbeveling. - Je hebt een passie voor cijfers en hebt een degelijk analytisch inzicht. - Je bent communicatief en gedreven. Je durft vragen stellen en je bent kritisch voor jezelf. - Je hebt een goede parate kennis van boekhouden en bent in staat om de meest courante boekingen te doen (aankoopfacturen boeken, creditnota's boeken, bankuittreksels boeken) en je bent bereid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Door jouw ervaring ben je instaat om mee te werken aan diverse aangiftes zoals BTW, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting. Uiteraard word je hiermee nog ondersteund! - Leergierigheid kenmerkt jou. Je bent gebeten om te weten en elke dag bij te leren! !! Heb je al meer relevante ervaring op de teller?
