Introductie: * Heb je reeds gewerkt als Dossierbeheerder in een fiduciaire? * Ken je het reilen en zeilen van een fiduciaire en zoek je een volgende stap in deze sector? * Hou je ervan om klanten bij te staan met raad en daad? * Ben je bereid om junior collega’s bij te staan in hun werkzaamheden? * Heb je specifieke expertise en/of kennis opgebouwd in fiscaliteit, BTW, PB of VennB? * Ambieer je nu of later een titel van het IAB of BIBF of zit je reeds in dit traject? Indien je 1 of meerdere keren positief kan antwoorden op bovenstaande vragen, dan is een job als (Medior) Dossierbeheerder bij een van de vele klanten van QRS misschien dé uitdaging voor jou. Jouw functie: Een greep uit het aanbod van mogelijke taken: - Inboeken van aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen, bankuittreksels - Diverse boekingen en boekingen voor maand-, kwartaal- of jaarafsluiting - Boeken van afschrijvingen - Boeken van overlopende rekeningen - Boeken van lonen - Voorbereiding / indienen BTW-aangifte - Voorbereiden en indienen personenbelastingaangifte - Voorbereiden / indienen diverse documenten zoals BTW-listing, intracommunautaire opgave, Intrastat, structuurenquête,… - Voorbereiden / uitvoeren van betalingen Naast deze operationele taken sta je onder andere in voor: - De controle van het werk van jouw junior collega’s. Waar nodig assisteer je en stuur je hen bij. - Het zelfstandig afwerken van eigen dossiers ter controle door een senior collega of vennoot - Het te woord staan van klanten mbt hun vragen over hun boekhouddossier Vereisten Wie zoeken we?: - Kandidaten met een bachelordiploma Accountancy of kandidaten met voldoende relevante ervaring in een fiduciaire. - Ook een HBO5-opleiding Boekhouden mits de nodige ervaring kan zinvol zijn. - Je kiest heel bewust voor de accountancysector en je kan uitleggen waarom! - Je hebt ambitie om op kennisvlak te blijven groeien om steeds een zo goed mogelijke service te verlenen.
