The posting

Industry: Finance

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time/ Part time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

  • Extract and analyze operational and financial data across multiple client platforms to support business operations
  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, verifying VAT accuracy and issuing timely, error-free invoices
  • Deliver monthly financial reports and progress updates to ensure compliance with all reporting obligations
  • Oversee debtor management, credit control procedures, and active collection follow-ups to minimize aged debt
  • Serve as the key finance contact for clients and operators, leading meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Support internal process improvements, platform data integrity, and ad hoc projects alongside the wider finance team

What skills do you need:

  • MQF Level 5 or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • ACCA, FIA, AAT, or similar studies in progress considered an asset
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, billing, or client accounting preferred
  • Recent graduates with strong academic credentials welcome to apply
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and client-focused communicator who works effectively independently or within a team

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
