Como Ingeniero/a de Soluciones, serás uno de los principales puntos de contacto entre Tecnología y el negocio, entendiendo las necesidades de las áreas y acompañándolas en la búsqueda e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.

¿Qué harás?

  • Serás la cara de TI frente a las áreas de negocio, brindando asesoría y acompañamiento.
  • Entenderás las necesidades del negocio y las convertirás en oportunidades de solución desde tecnología.
  • Asegurarás la estabilidad de las áreas que tengas a cargo.
  • Atenderás y gestionarás incidentes y requerimientos.
  • Participarás en la implementación de mejoras y proyectos de tecnología.
  • Trabajarás de manera cercana con las áreas, brindando soporte y construyendo relaciones de confianza.
  • Tendrás la oportunidad de formarte y crecer dentro del área de Tecnología.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Profesionales en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en roles de: Soporte de aplicaciones de negocio. Desarrollo de software. Ingeniería de proyectos. Mesa de servicio o soporte tecnológico.
  • Personas con capacidad de análisis y orientación al servicio.
  • Que disfruten entender problemas, encontrar soluciones y trabajar de cerca con diferentes áreas.
  • Deseable inglés B1.
  • Deseable conocimiento o interés en Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Con interés y disponibilidad para trabajar bajo una modalidad híbrida.
  • Disponibilidad para atender situaciones puntuales del negocio cuando sea necesario.
