🎯 ¿Cuál será tu reto?

  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos de Preventa para alcanzar objetivos comerciales.
  • Acompañar a tu equipo en ruta, identificar oportunidades y fortalecer sus habilidades de venta.
  • Impulsar la ejecución en punto de venta y asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales.
  • Convertir cada visita a cliente en una oportunidad para crecer y ganar mercado.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Licenciatura concluida.
  • 2+ años liderando equipos de ventas en empresas de consumo masivo, idealmente en el canal de Preventa.
  • Experiencia en indicadores comerciales y ejecución en punto de venta.
  • Habilidad para desarrollar personas, movilizar equipos y alcanzar resultados.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% en campo.
  • Zona Los Reyes la Paz, Tlalpan Cuernavaca y Pachuca
