En Quala Perú buscamos una persona analítica, organizada y orientada a la mejora continua, que contribuya a generar información comercial confiable y oportuna para facilitar la toma de decisiones de nuestros canales de venta.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales retos?

  • Actualizar y desarrollar reportes y herramientas de información comercial.
  • Procesar y analizar indicadores como sell in, sell out, días de inventario y niveles de cobertura.
  • Garantizar la consistencia y actualización de la información en los sistemas comerciales.
  • Apoyar en la liquidación de promociones, descuentos y otros planes comerciales.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores y entregables del área.
  • Mapear procesos e identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
  • Brindar soporte a Ventas en la atención y seguimiento de incidencias operativas.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora para optimizar la gestión del área.
  • Instaurar iniciativas de productividad digital en el equipo

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Egresado/a o bachiller de Ingeniería Empresarial, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en análisis de información, inteligencia comercial, ventas, planeamiento o áreas similares.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI y herramientas de visualización de datos.
  • Conocimiento de SQL y automatización de reportes.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de productividad digital de Office 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle, organización y orientación al cliente interno.
